 Any suggestions? I think it needs something but I'm not sure what

An update! Hair algae strikes, oh how I HATE hair algae. Reducing my photoperiod and feeding to fix the problem

20 gal, .75 watt per gal, no Co2, no Fert.... Plants incld: Amazon Sword, 2 Melon Sword, 2 Red Wendtii, Dracaena Spathiphyllum, Ophiopogon, Trichomanes, Syngonium....Fish incld: Neon Blue Dwarf Gourami, Red Flame Dwarf Gourami, 1 Green and 1 Red Glo- Fish, and 1 Peppered Cory....Nice Piece of Malaysian Driftwood.

All Oklahoma native plants sand and rock. Non-native fish. Ignore the Horse-tail in the foreground, it's growing from a small desktop fountain in front of the tank.
 55 gal 48 12 20 high 2 40 watt aqua glo 2 32 watt phillips natural sunshine CO2 to be added later
 29 gal / 130 watts corallife / DIY co2 / seachem ferts /
 Bought this today at an LFS, she called it a tear drop rock. The plant is growing on a piece of lava rock.
